If the tools are free, what am I paying for?
Server time, and only for the 4 tools that need it. The humanizer, summarizer, paraphraser and grammar checker run language models too large for a browser. Everything else is WebAssembly running on your own machine, which costs us nothing to serve and so will never be metered.
Do my files get uploaded on a Pro tool?
For the AI tools, the text or page you submit is sent to a server, processed and discarded. Nothing is stored and nothing is used for training. Every other tool never sends a byte.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in one click, and Pro keeps working until the date you already paid through.
What happens to my credits if I cancel?
You keep them. Pack credits are not tied to the subscription and do not expire.
