What is a CR3 file?

Canon’s RAW format since 2018, used by the EOS R series, EOS M50, 90D, 250D and newer. C-RAW is its smaller compressed variant.

Is the JPG full size?

Yes. Every CR3 carries a full-resolution JPEG, for example 5472 × 3648 from an EOS R6, and that is what you get by default.

Are C-RAW and dual-pixel files supported?

Yes. C-RAW, regular RAW and dual-pixel CR3 files all convert, including the date, camera and lens details.
